Caesar Salad Dressing
Makes About 1 Quart
1 extra large egg
1 T Dijon mustard
1 dash Tabasco
1/2 T Worcestershire
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano
1 garlic clove, peeled
1-1/2 cups salad oil
1. Process all ingredients except oil in blender, pulsing until smooth.
2. With blender running, slowly add oil until dressing is emulsified.
