Grilled Turkey with Sage-Mustard Glaze
~ Serves 8 ~
1 4-lb Turkey Breast
1/4 cup Molasses 1/4 cup Mesquite Honey ... 1/4 cup Water (purified)
2 T julienned fresh sage 2 T whole grain mustard 1 T chile flakes salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Brush glaze on the turkey breast as it's grilling, letting it caramelize on the surface.
