Tarbell's Creamed Spinach

 

 

~ For One Serving ~

Pinch of chopped shallots

4 oz spinach, cut and trimmed

1 ounce heavy cream

dash of lemon juice

 

 

  • Sauté shallots in olive oil and add spinach. Sauté until slightly wilted.

  • Add cream, salt, and lemon.

  • Remove from pan and eat!
