Serves 4-6
2 T butter 4 T flour 3/4 cup milk 1-1/4 pounds of extra sharp white Cheddar cheese, grated 2 teaspoons yellow mustard Kosher salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper to taste 2 pounds of cooked macaroni, cooled
Topping
5 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2-1/2 T bread crumbs
