Addictive Little Biscuits

 

3 cups flour

1-1/2 T sugar

2-1/4 cup heavy cream

1-1/2 T baking powder

pinch of salt

 

melted butter

           

          

  • Preheat oven to 4000

  • Sift dry ingredients together.

  • Slowly fold in the cream; don’t knead the dough.

  • Roll to a 3/4” thickness.

  • Cut in rounds and dip in melted butter

  • Place on buttered pan.

  • Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, until golden.
