Tarbell's Au Gratin Potatoes

 

~ Serves 4 ~

 

6 large Russet potatoes

¾ cup milk or cream

½ stick butter

½ pound grated Gruyere cheese

 

  • Peel and slice potatoes into rounds and place onto baking tin.

  • Heat milk and butter. Pour over potatoes.

  • Liberally cover with cheese.

  • Bake at 350 degrees until soft and golden brown on top.
