Tar’s Artichoke Vinaigrette 2 -3 lemons, juiced 1-3 cloves garlic, chopped (to taste) 1 t. salt 4 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise 1 splash Worcestershire sauce ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 T sour cream 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 T whole grain mustard salt and pepper to taste
