Tar’s Artichoke Vinaigrette

2 -3 lemons, juiced

1-3 cloves garlic, chopped (to taste)

1 t. salt

4 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise

1 splash Worcestershire sauce

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

 

  • Whisk all ingredients except oil and cheese until smooth. Then, slowly add the rest to the mixture.

 

1 T sour cream

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 T whole grain mustard

salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Whisk these ingredients with 3 cups of the dressing you created in the first step.
